Here's what I did:
I used Florabelle's Luxe II Actions Posh at 61%, Sugar at 72%, Lullaby at 59%, Edge Vignette at 27%, Soft Center Light at 16%, Sharpen & Defog, Inspire Me Baby's Bright Eyes at 75%. I also cropped the photo as well.
