The Weida family were such a joy to photograph! All three kids were adorable and photograph well! We met on a wonderful fall day at Shawnee Mission Park to capture the love of this family. Even grandma joined for a few photos. Thank you for letting me photograph you all!

Olathe Family Photographer {Snowy Family Photos}

Just in time for another winter storm is this adorable snowy session from the last snow Kansas City received. I met this adorable family out in the cold on a snowy winter day at Ironwoods Park. We had a great time playing and walking around in the snow. We got a few with the whole family then just some with 17 month old.

Daddy cuddling crying baby. Don't worry she wasn't out there the whole time. Just for a few minutes. It wasn't as cold out as today.

Olathe Maternity & Family Photographer {The Lightcap Family}

The Lightcap's have been friends of ours for awhile now. My husband and Justin went to college together many years ago! Our sons are also several days apart. I enjoy watching them grow and play together. We met at Shawnee Mission Park on a very windy, fall day! I thought we weren't going to get any good shots because of the wind, but luckily we found a spot that wasn't so bad. And then Harrison gave us some cute smiles and it ended up being a great shoot! It was so much fun hanging out with this family, especially since they had some exciting news to announce… 

They are expecting a baby girl in May! Congratulations Lightcaps! Can't wait to meet your new addition. In the meantime, enjoy a few from their family shoot/ 1 year old shoot/pregnancy announcement shoot.

Kauffman Gardens Family Photos {Troup Family}

I was so excited photograph the Troup Family at Kauffman Gardens this fall. It ended up being a beautiful fall day and the gardens looked great! It was also great to see Jayme! Not only did we go to grade school and high school together but we lived in the same neighborhood. It's always great seeing an old friend. Now on to this adorable family's photos!
