Olathe Maternity & Family Photographer {The Lightcap Family}

The Lightcap's have been friends of ours for awhile now. My husband and Justin went to college together many years ago! Our sons are also several days apart. I enjoy watching them grow and play together. We met at Shawnee Mission Park on a very windy, fall day! I thought we weren't going to get any good shots because of the wind, but luckily we found a spot that wasn't so bad. And then Harrison gave us some cute smiles and it ended up being a great shoot! It was so much fun hanging out with this family, especially since they had some exciting news to announce… 

They are expecting a baby girl in May! Congratulations Lightcaps! Can't wait to meet your new addition. In the meantime, enjoy a few from their family shoot/ 1 year old shoot/pregnancy announcement shoot.

Olathe Maternity Photographer {Rachel and Tyler}

Overland Park Maternity Photographer {Megan}

Well since Megan has already had her little girl, I guess I better blog her maternity session. Megan's maternity session was at Downtown Lenexa and Shawnee Mission Park. It was super steamy out which is just great for a pregnant woman :) Despite the heat, we had a good time catching up and taking her maternity photos. Megan is a former bride (see their wedding here) and oh how I love it when bride and grooms come back and I get to photographer their new babies. So check out a few images of Megan's adorable baby bump!
