Kansas City Wedding Photographer {Cory & Kelli - Couple Photo Shoot}

I shot a mini couple's shoot in downtown Lenexa, KS the other day. It was a bit chilly and cloudy out, but I still managed to get quite a few cute shots. Kelli is really good with the camera since she used to be a model as a teen. She was even on a box for a pool raft at Walmart. I still have one of her at home! (Kelli is my little sister). Anyways, here's a few of my favorite images from the day! Enjoy!

Erin Leigh Studio Photography and Design is booking 2011 and 2012 Kansas City Weddings. If you book a wedding with Erin Leigh Studio before May 31, 2011, receive a complimentary Bridal, Boudoir or Trash-the-Dress session including the DVD of images ($350 value). This is a great offer and would be so much fun! If you are interested in learning more about our weddings, contact Erin at info@erinleighstudio.com to set up a wedding consultation. Look forward to hearing from all those wonderful Kansas City Brides.

{Teresa & Mike's Wedding, Part 1} Kansas City Wedding Photographer

I had the opportunity to shoot a wedding with Karen Plemmons of KP Photography and Chris of Chris Walter Photography. This was a great learning experience and a chance to get to know other local Kansas City Photographers.

Since it was the bride and groom's second wedding, they were pretty laid back and did not do all of the traditional things that other bride and grooms do. The wedding was on the rooftop of Crowne Center Westin in dowtown Kansas City. The view of the skyline in the background was beautiful! Teresa's son walked her down the aisle, which is so sweet!

Here are some of my favorite pictures of the ceremony.

I love seeing the reaction of the groom as his bride walks down the aisle.
The wedding even had a crowd watching from a window of a hotel room!

I tried out some vintage processing on these photos. Still trying to decide what kind of photo processing I like best.

Check back later this week for Part 2 of this wedding!
